Service at a reasonable price. In the rare occasion we are not able to respond to a problem in a timely manner (while under contract) or the problem may require Varian assistance, ASAP, LLC will agree to pay for the additional help.
  • Lower price on many parts with the option to purchase new or used parts. ASAP, LLC has warehouse locations in Glendale, Arizona and Las Vegas, Nevada. We will never charge more than Varian for a part required for your repair.
  • Technical phone support at any time regardless of the purchase of a Service contract or not. We will always be here to assist you.
  • Sales for used equipment.   Accelerators, CT’s MRI’s and Simulators.
  • Installation of all used equipment purchased through ASAP, LLC or whoever you choose to purchase your product from.
  • Proper notification for state officials for all equipment purchases or sales
  • If a contract is purchased, the contract may be terminated anytime if the customer is unhappy with our work
  • Additional charges for overtime start at 9:00pm during the week
  • Monitoring of equipment problems electronically via web site
Our Future is Now
We at ASAP, LLC have been working diligently on a new web site that will provide valuable information to our customers regarding important statistics on equipment up time, parts location and status, and pertinent information regarding major projects. We believe in trying to provide more information to our customers so they may make more informed decisions on their equipment.   We are working on a unique idea of parts sharing between all of our customers as well.

We now have the ability to keep track of equipment status on an hourly basis. For example, if a customer wants to know the status of a machine issue, all they would have to do is get on our web site, get into their menu (password protected) and check what the status of their equipment is. We have three levels of machine status:
  1. Green - machine is up and operable with no issues.
  2. Yellow - Machine is functioning, but may have an issue that needs to be addressed or perhaps a part has been ordered for a problem. In the issue of a part being ordered, that part will be listed with the estimated arrival time and shipping information.
  3. Red - The machine is down. Information will be constantly updated as to the status of the unit, and to the best of our ability, we will put an estimated time of repair.  With the information on machine up time we can easily establish an up time percentage for any machine. This information may be very valuable when it comes to equipment replacement.
With the vast experience of Accelerator Service and Parts, LLC, we have come to the conclusion that the majority of our customers are not aware of their spare parts inventory or location of their spare parts.   As a customer of ours, regardless if you sign a contract for maintenance with us or not, we will inventory your spare parts and list the location of your parts.   Those parts will be listed under your password protected location within our web site.   What is unique about our company is we will call you if we find another customer that may need a part that is listed under your site.   With your permission, and only with your permission, we can then offer a part for sale to another entity.   We make a small percentage for handling the part then the balance of payment gets sent directly to the original owner. It will always be your choice as to whether you choose to sell that part or not.   We call this part sharing.   Naturally, you may always use these parts for your own locations.

Finally, we will always have an updated area within our web site for any major project we may be doing for your organization, whether it be equipment removal, equipment installation or the purchase of a piece of equipment.
