About Accelerator Service and Parts
Marshall Technical Support, Inc. had an idea of maintaining equipment in the greater Phoenix area for many years, but the experienced personnel required to provide the service was just not available. That is when Accelerator Service And Parts, LLC (ASAP,LLC) was developed. Fortunately, in the summer of 2007, both Mr. Yuhas and Mr. Cummins spoke to me about an interest in joining my company. Although that would have been a simple solution, the one thing I have learned in business is that if the employees have the ability to become owners their longevity with the company is much more solidified. That’s not to say that Mike and Terry would not have been great employees, but I wanted them to maintain a long term relationship with the company. By forming a new company (ASAP,LLC), that problem was solved. We are equal partners with the same goal of providing Quality Service for a reasonable price.
Please be aware that this is a newly formed company. Without one dollar for advertising, this company has written and verbal requests for the maintenance of twenty-five machines in the Phoenix and Las Vegas areas. Thirty units will be our maximum until another Service Representative can be hired. To maintain proper service on a machine, the ratio should be around ten units per one service engineer.
